Well, ya, I can upload files; bout anything I want so far; WINXP O/S. I think the reason I can't put them into the forums page is due to the fact that I only have admin accessibility. Someone else is hosting for me.

So far I've been unable to edit anything on the page inclusive of the icky screen shots there now which I wanted to delete and add the NWN Fansite pack w/links back to bioware, ect. so actually its no surprise that the smileys aren't loading either.
