Ok i dunno if its just me or if i am going crazy, but last night (8 hours ago for me) i check all my sites and found that every change i had made in the last 12-24 hours was gone. Now i have emailed my host and they reckon nothing has happened, but i know for a fact that i updated 4 templates at

Can anyone who has hosting with me let me know if they have lost any changes to there sites yesterday.
