yep i am seriously looking at a new host over this.
Check out this email i got from one of there support staff:

3 systems administrator class representatives have looked at this and all concur that nothing has changed, all info is 100% consistent and there has been no server crashes or anything else that would cause this, and you are the only client with this issue. We have not seen one other ticket about anything related to this. This points to human error on the client side if you want the truth.

Been a client with them since 2003 when they were really good, since then there support has become worse and very rude.
