well im takin it as u have phpbb, what ya need to do is go into your administration panel ok, and there should be a place where u can add titles too ppl names, and then i belive u have to go into where u can look up users names and then u select a title for the person, sorry its not that much details but if u need more detail i will fill it all otu for ya
