you go into your navbar template and look for all the links there, then you replace each text with an image you have made (i provided the template image to add your own text, not a complete set of ready made images)
so to replace the text for "register now", go into your navbar template, find the < a > < /a > that contains the phrase for "Register Now" and simply replace it with your own register now button image that you have uploaded to your site.
dont change the href or any of the tag values, just the bit that appears between the < a > < /a > html tag.
hope that made sense... its an easy thing to do, no doubt ive overcomplicated my explanation
