As already said the answer is 1 - it say's 'Count all the F's in this sentence, ONLY ONCE.' this is the only sentence because it ends with a full stop, the other part - 'FINISHED FILES ARE THE RE-SULT OF YEARS OF SCIENTIF- IC STUDY COMBINED WITH THE EXPERIENCE OF YEARS' doesnt have a fullstop so its not a real sentence.

sentence meaning - (grammar) A grammatically complete series of words consisting of a subject and predicate, even if one or the other is implied, and typically beginning with a capital letter and ending with a full stop. (http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/sentence)

So that makes Xenoth and Wasahobo the winners.
