I suggest liquidweb.com and hostforweb.com been with both and was very happy with them, i currently with liquidweb.com now.

I also used hostnine.com which was a complete nightmare, constant downtime, support emails took ages to get responses and when they did i would get one line sentences saying "all is fine on our side" (no **** its 8 hours later lol) Pretty much just got treated like a noob by them.
