How to make falling snow

I found out its very easy to make snow fall,

first add what ever back ground picture you are going to use, than make a new layer.
useing the "Basic brushes", pick out the 5 pix solid one or change size to 4 add a few dots around the pict, but not alot than change the size to a 2 or a 3 an go around filling in some blank spots, now the easy part, make a duplacut layer of the snow now grab 1 layer an move it up, off screen like you do with the doors, make sure you hold the shift key when moving so it stays in a stright line up and down. after you move it off screen, go to Imageready than your layer window an lock the 2 layers of snow together, if you dont know how, there is a square that the brush emblem is on, next to the layer window, click that square an a, "8" simble will apear, an that means that those 2 layers are locked together.
now lets click the eye on the one you raised off screen and turn it on for now, on the #2 frame turn the eye back on, grab the top of snow layer while holding the shift key (that makes it move down in a stright line) an move the snow layer down till you see the top of the copy snow layer,
now hit tween an make it 15 frames to previous an thats it run your anamation an see what it looks like

hope this helps everyone out. i looked for a long time trying to find a tut for snow fall.

I don't recognize some of the functions. Is PS7 pretty much outdated 'ware now?
