since it was stated who made it, i can only think of him not minding as it's good publicity for him.

what watcher should have done is post a link back to his site too tho.

this is merely my opinion though.

you are right frag about posting a link back to his site but there already on the bottom of the tutorial so i did not post them hehe
Yes i have his permission to post it, he wonts the advertizement, if you log on to, GameRenders - Your Source For Free Gaming Renders hes in charge of the render contest
there, he also has a new hair render tutorial , he knows my render work to and my name , but if i need a post saying that he says i can post it , than you would have to be the one to ask him because if i ask him to post and say its all right, you would not believe it, (i could just right it my self and say its him) so if you wont proof you need to talk to him on gamesrender.com
