Go to Layer --> Layer Styles --> Blend Mode

that is missing

and on the hue part... it only goes to +180.

Make sure that you've crossed the other box colorize with the hue/saturation

and hm for the other part the blending thingy well if it isn't standing under layer then I haven't got a clue either

OK got two screenshots one of the hue/saturation and one how you could blend maybe this will stand like this in your photoshop 5.
