Ok heres my first Recipe.........
Chillie Squid
this is based on 1kg of squid :
cut open squid tubes so you have whole piece and clean
slice squid into 1/4 inch strips and place in glass bowl
add 1 heaped teaspoon of crushed garlic
add 1 heaped teaspoon of crushed chille
add 1 teaspoon of crushed ginger
add a good glug of olive oil and mix well
cover with glad wrap and leave in fridge over night.
Get BBQ plate very hot or frying pan hot
give mixture a good stir before adding to plate.
Cook until squid turns white NO LONGER serve and eat with
fresh crusty bread and beverage of choice.
note: chillie,ginger and garlic can be bought in small jars allready to go.
ingrediants are to taste so adjust as you would like it.
