This can be used with either Beef, Pork or Lamb
Marinate:
1 LB meat-cut into small cubes(allways cut accross grain)
Sprinkle with cornflower
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
pinch of bicarb soda
good glug of oil
1 teaspoon of curry powder ( less or more up to you )
1 teaspoon chinese BBQ sauce, BBQ sauce or wistershire (your choice)
adjust all ingredients to your own taste.
Mix it all well and leave to flavour for as long as possible.Stir occosionally.
Soak wooden skewers well
Arrange meat onto skewers on thier own or with fruit or Veg.
Get plate nice and hot or grill and cook.
If these arent the nicest satays youve ever had....well I wont go there
