Chillie Crab Dip

Hey guys, been ages since I put out a new recipebut I think youll all love this one.
You'll need:
1x Large Mud Crab or 2x Sand Crabs.(Any uncooked Crab Meat will be ok)
Crushed Chillie (jar)
Yellow pepper
green pepper
red pepper
can of tomatoes
Large chopped onion
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Packet of Jatz crackers
box of cold beer

As Crabs are very very difficult to peel when raw you need to half cook them to make this easier. And I do mean Half.Depending on the size of the crab, cook to what you think is about half done and put in cold water to stop cooking process and leave.

Use all the other stuff to make a sulsa style mixture in a pan using the chillie to suit your own taste. When its almost ready, peel the Crab,(you will notice it looks a little like jelly in places thats fine. Its all meat.Place all the Crab meat in the sulsa and cook untill all the Crab meat looks white.
Put all the Crab sulsa in a open bowl, get crackers ready and open a cold beer of choice. If isnt the best thing ya put in ya mouth ( Keep it clean) nothin will make ya happy.........enjoy

Mud Crabs inhabit brackish waters, such as mangrove areas and estuaries, through out the Pacific and Indian Oceans, from Tahiti, Australia and Japan to southern Japan hope this helps
