New VB3.5 Style Plasma

dont u just hate that Washobo lol

When i get time i will finish the tables on most of the pages, finish the header and footer.

I will then test the theme for a few weeks and then release it to the public.

Anybody who has a VB installation and would like to help me Betta test this theme let me know.

In future all my new forum releases will be tested for a few weeks for a couple of weeks before releasing to save me headaches.
