Darkness New Posts Icon Problem

I've installed your Darkness template on my website, looks great btw, and made some changes to the graphics. The problem I have, and this is also on your demo page for Darkness, is when people post new messages, the icons do not change. The icons I'm talking about are the white icons with folders on them, which in your images directory you have some for when a new post is made. New posts look just like old posts, there's nothing to distinguish between the two. Is this just normal with your theme? How are people supposed to know when a new post has been made in a certain forum?

Please reply because I'd really like to use your theme, but our old theme at least showed when a new post was made.

which version of darknes u running? and where did u download it?

cause darkness has these 2 folder images.
