I have downloaded the flash buttons....but i have no idea where to put them on my server. Im assuming it in templates/.../images. But not sure what files i need to overwrite or change. I did download it from phpbb 3 days ago.

All your need to do is upload the buttons.swf file to your clanzdarkness2/images directory

I have a question...any admin helper out there. I'd like to download clanzDarkness2 I found on phpbb2. I like it, it's going to be for my best friend, you see. He isd starting a roleplay, and I decided to help him out. I saw the preview for the clanzdarkness2, I like it. Though...I don't know how to download these templetes, nor do I know what to do. Will it just come up? What will happen? Can you please help. That would be wonderful....The templete is so cool...proboards, darn, I hate it...and never go back. I'm moving all of my websites to new web hostings...and I found this place.

Can you help me?

-- that would require you to have a wider image. that fixes it without any hassle

-- seeing how the layout looks that would require to replace the whole buttonset / maybe even the header when the user logs in.

1) streching the image would distort it... otherwise yes, that is an option, however you can also redo the borders so that for a wider display the border just wraps down the end of the image and then across the next lower TR to connect to the right sid

2) obviously you arent aware of what you are talking about, the register link is in the phpBB theme in overall_header.tpl and can be easily hidden for logged in users by using an switch statement in the template file, the same way the "you have no new messages" link changes to "you have X new messages" if you have a PM waiting for you.

all these bugs will be fixed in the new update.

atm i dont have any time so it will be a few weeks minimun.

Thanks, since I've already fixed the register button once, would you like a diff of the 1 file that needs updating? I'm looking to fix the header as well just making the top not go all the way across the screen and instead have a little notch in the top right corner where the image doesnt cover... and the border does wrap around as well...

ktiedt, i had the wrong idea of the layout, tought the links where in a horizontal gradient, hence i tought removing a button would distort the gradient..

first want to say thanks sean! your template works great for a paintball themed site. awsome work. gives it that urban warfare type feel to it. probably wasnt ur orginal thoughts, but hey, it works

would love to see more work from you become free, but hey, thats your call. totally enjoy the work!
