Your work is some of the finest I have ever seen for the phpBB venue. I am currently using this one as a Ragnarok Online Guild Forum for a server I play on.
When the server crashes our Forum participation rises (funny thing, eh?). I have looked into a live Chat MOD and found a couple that are not invasive in their implimentation but after looking at your template I decided against fooling with it. -- I'll do without rather than risk harming the integrity of your work.

Can you recommend a suitable mod that is not going to thrash your template? I am a pretty decent developer but I do not have the time to investigate this thoroughly -- or risk stepping on your license.

Hey mate thanks for your nice comments, as far as im aware the chat mod should intergrate with the theme with no problems.

But i have not personally tried this.

Great style, used the old clanzdarkness on several forum boards. I have just downloaded and installed Clanzdarkness 2 now with my new website. However I am using Joomla and the forum is in a wrapper so I dont really want the large border images around it. Is there a way to remove these so the forum is just the width and height of the main forum body?

I would want to get rid of the red hatched area (all the way down the side obviously)

You will just need to modify the overall_header.tpl and overall_footer.tpl templates in the template directory.

It may take some work and time, but u just need to find and remove the sections u want from the table.

I was wanting to edit the flash buttons to add a home page link. Is there a .fla for this or is this a uneditable part of the template.

Will this template work with phpbb3? I'm thinking of updating to it, but don't want to have to change the style of the forums.

This version only supports phpBB2, a newer version of Darkness will be released soon.

Don't worry about it Sean. I was able to get it worked out, it's not 100% but for not having the source files it turned out fine.

Super Template by the way. My Gaming Clan really likes it. Here's a pic and thanks.

Is there any news on the phpbb3 version of the template? I'll be updating to phpbb3 this week, and I'd love to keep this template up. If its not too difficult to convert pbpbb2 templates to pbpbb3, I'd be happy to make some changes myself (if anyone can point me to a tutorial).
