Home Page Template for Clanzdarkness2

Is there such a creature, or must it be created somehow? I need a home page with the same top and side I'm using for my forum's page (Clanzdarkness2 modified top n left side pic), but with link buttons on the left and a center table for the story line of our module, ie: A home Page.

I don't know how to edit the original template for the link buttons, nor the center tables.. probably two, just n case, and a place for a BLooooooog.. ewww I hate that name; don't know what knothead thought up such a name for, for, for... well ... ya know, yer lil bio. Why not just say Bio. BLEH BLOG.

To the point, I still need to know how, or if someone can edit the template for this purpose. Yay, Nay?

thx for your comment, i decided to go white for a change as all my past styles have been dark lol

Just so i understand properly, u would like the darkness template as a template by itself that works without phpBB?

she wants to have somekind of page infront of her forums, like you have now, exept that she wants a storyline to go in there.

(i think)
so either a mod or another page with that template as a website, both should do.

I like the style of clanzdarkness2, and keeping w/ the match of the forums we'd just need link buttons set over the side.gif, (I think over would look more professional or above/below the main column of cpuser, register, faqs, (and it would be easier to find); it's your template, what do you think ie: GAME TIPS, NWN, CEP, FORUMS, BLOG, HOME(which would now have to be a main button on the forum template), ect., then some general links graphics below the side.gif to link to varying sites, ie: nwn, which we already have, ign, links to the store where NWN's and some of the extended popular modules can be purchased, ect.

Oh, geeze, leave out blogs, I wouldn't know what to put there. I was thinking it could be a place for registrant to put a blog, but they do that already in their personal information section, or at lease what they wish to reveal. I could just have one table called a BLOG below the storyline table to reveal a bit about my self, the module, and uh hum... my lack of knowledge on building , how many areas there are in the module, how long its taken to create such, and those involved in the effort, ect.

So in general, I just need center tables (I think that's what they're called) instead of forum columns. I think the phpbb still has to be the same, doesn't it? Since you're the expert on this, I don't know if it would interfere w/the phpbb doohickey

AAaaand, of course some flash box to place a few screenies of the module. Maybe on the left also as the right side of the screen which extends past what most can see even w/the settings at 1028X whatever (I have my settings on 800X600 cause my eyes are so bad). Not sure what Bioware settings or IGN settings are but you can see the right side complete w/ all download material and their flash program.

Am I making sense yet?

Is He** being a woman. We don't do anything quick but change diapers and clean the toilets.

I still can't get the "Online" button, statuses below that, inclusive of rep power. Tried to do the ranking, but haven't a clue if its going to work. Smilies are limited, can't institute a bigger list, but then I see that many of your more unusual ones still aren't working, so that's no matter. But posting/editing a post can be a nightmare cause you have to highling everthing, we have no convenient buttons consistent of A, B, I, U FONT, ect. Guess that doesn't come w/ the phpbb, got me.

OH, and for heavensakes, how come my age is displayed???? Do I have the option to opt out of that? Please, please say yes.

Really looking forward to a response too!!!

We're setting up a new forum using this wonderful template and I'd love to make our web page look themed with it!

I'm also wondering how I might put a custom image (IE:banner) at the top of the page to link back to our web page...

Any and all help would be wonderfull....

Welcome to the site, ok because of alot requests for this i will release the darkness skins as a HTML site also with included CSS in the next 24 hours.

To add a banner to the very top of the page edit the overall_header.tpl file.
