the buttonbar, is that the thingy beneath the header, for the navgation?
if it is, look in the overall_header.tpl
and on line 54
width="568"
is in there. wich narrows down the flash "movie"
this width is set twice, on the same line.
don't forget to adapt the first width statement in the <td> tag at the beginning of that line.
