My boardtime is incorrect. When i put the Time in the Adminarea on GMT +2Hours then it is correct, but when an user has a other time in his profil, then it doesnt work. So the Admin time dont overwrite the user time setting, thats stupid. Now i must tell every user, that he must change his personal time setting on "GTM +2hours" or ? maybe it works on a other way ...
If you set your phpBB installation to the same time as your server, when users set there own times in there profiles the phpBB script will show the current time in their own timezone not yours.
in the admin panel, you have to set the time difference to create GTM (i think) because if your server is located in lets say... belgium
then you have to set it to GTM-1 because belgian time is GTM+1...
dnno if i'm making any sence... or if it's even correct, i'm just smacking after an answer xD

i live in Germany there we have the same timezone then you have in Belgium.
when i set the admintime from GTM +2 at GTM -1 and my personal time in the profil i let it on GTM +2 then the time in a new post dont change.
When i set my profiltime at GTM -1 too, the time in a new post is -2hours back.
The Admintime has no reaction for the time !

the host time is correct.
Ok - i know now that the admintimezone does not affects the usertime. We in germany have a summertime and a wintertime, so every user with the standard GMT time +1hours from germany and others must change it every half a year. but ok !
