A little help please :-)

Hi guys and gals

Firstly can i say that i am a complete novice at all things phpbb, so if you guys can help i'd be really grateful,


Now, i've just uploaded Clanzi2k on to my webspace , but i'd like to edit the moving picture in the top left to display my clans name, is this easy? An alternative would be to swap it for a simple Jpeg or gif, but i'm not sure how to do that either. I've located the files(logo.swf) but dont know where to go from there. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

the logo.swf is a flash file.

to edit that you will need to find the overall_header.tpl file, and in that code you can replace

<param name="bgcolor" value="#000000" />
<embed src="templates/Clanzi2K/images/logo.swf" quality="high" bgcolor="#000000" width="160" height="108" name="logo" align="middle" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" />
</object>

with

<img src="templates/Clanzi2K/images/YOURIMAGEFILE" alt="">

the height and width for that image would be 160pixels wide, and 108pixels in height.
