A brilliant site..

I found this brilliant site, it's a free web designing site...for beginners. You can pay and you get the ad's removed and your own Domain etc

Freewebs.com - Free website, free hosting, free webpage - Make a web site with photo albums, blogs, videos, forums and more!

This is my page, Ive only done the free one, please check it out and tell me what you think and how i can improve. lol.

Blah.. I've used Freewebs.com i hated it. actually. I didnt hate it, i Despised it... Along with 50megs.

Savefile.com Was a GREAT free web host (no ads, own domain or sub domain)
then ABSHost.net was a great host as well (post on forums earn points to support the free site)
But both died...

GL on that tho.

Same, but that was years ago maybe they have changed. I have used feewebs, 50megs, developer graphyx, awardspace and others. Just as places to dump large files. It can sometimes be handy to have certain things hosted online in between projects.

I've had alot of paid hosting aswell. Took me a long time to find a company I was happy with, have been using 1&1 for a while now, couldn't be happier. I moved all my domains over (13). The last one went over 12 months ago. Haven't looked back since.

Re: A brilliant site..

good god. Freewebs is still around? Wow.

I want to know what kind of stuff you are putting on your servers because i dont even think that i use 50 megs of space and i have like 300 different designs fully coded on my server.

Just buck up and buy some cheap hosting at GoDaddy.com or something.

Re: A brilliant site..

No way I could stay about 50 megs. im using a few gigs on one site. Artwork & design communities take a shedload of space.

Slappyking, sorry i missed the link before. Nice lite design looks good man.

Re: A brilliant site..

How can u use 50 megs on a site? I use about 4 gigs.
I'd agree with Hobo there, and just get some cheap hosting.. Don't do godaddy, cause they dont use cPanel - Harder to transfer some stuff if you ever wanted to.
