Hey! I'm operating on Vbulletin 3.0.1 (yes, ancient, I know), and it seems that I can't upload this as a new skin... is there any way that I can fix this, or do we simply need to update ourselves?

What error message are u getting?

The error message was something to the effect of "This template was made in a different version of Vbulliten," but I found the option to ignore which version it was created in.

Sorry to bother... I hope that you can forgive me for my ignorance at this point. I'm still working on figuring how the Admin CP works.
