Question about DarknessHeader.PSD

By the way, I just wanted to say WoW for this template. Its my fav so far. Been playing with phpbb for about 2 days now and im haveing a blast.
My question is....might sound dumb but. After adding pics to the psd template. What do we save it as when we want to upload it to the server?

you have to select seperate parts and save those with the extention the original images have.
(preferably a reasonable quality)

i think you have to either save for web if the PSD is sliced, wich will automate the process,

or select the sizes provided with the size template included in the PSD.
