I don't like consols. Can you play a good rts? Or a good frp/rpg game? No!!!!

But if you say that you have choose between consoles, I should say that ps2. Because it has more choice to find games.
About that chip. If you add it, you can play pirated games and other things but dont expect any help if your ps2 brokes down. You have to change it completely. But if we think that console is cheap and games are expensive, it's worth a try
About PSP it's cool, with it games and web browsing thing, but that's all! You pay it much and you cant do much things with it!! And you can maximum have a 2gb memory. You wont be able to find much movies to watch. And they will be very expensive if we accept marketing way of ps2 games. Anyway, still PC rocks! At the end, it's not just a game machine
