Hey... got ghostie pics!

Let me explain first why the images look so bad: I don't have my scanner installed so I had to take a "picture of a picture" with my crummy digital, which is old, worn out, and on its last leg (which explains the grainy look to the images). I have a 35mm now, so that's a plus! lol

The image was taken in the back yard of my son's friend's in Biloxi, MS just a few days after the hurricane. The entire family has always said the house was haunted, and they've all had experiences. My son's friend from california took the shot. But you know what the best part was?...seeing that guy's face when he got the pictures back and saw what was on one of them! lol

One interesting thing about these pics I just took OF the photo is that the "anomalie" seems to be coming OFF the image. lol Camera's doing goofy stuff as it takes its last few breaths. hehe

Anyone would be if they lived in our big creepy house or had a bf that tries to tell you how haunted it is and that he can see eyes outside the computer room windows at night like in the movie Amityville Horror .... (or maybe I've just been watching too many horror movies ... lol)

- my sis broke my cam... the lens is now kinda hanging on there...
still works, only zoom doesn't work, and the pics are everything but sharp...

But honestly i cant see anything in that pic, that resembles a ghost.

Could be a bunch of spider webs for all we know.....

Seriously, the guys were taking shots of Arron's back yard, the debris, damaged trees, etc. from Katrina. We actually took them to pick up the photos after they were developed, and I was there when they opened the envelope and when Chris freaked out about what was on the photo. You can't even see the back yard because of that 'thing' in the way. It's on the negative too.

there have been others who've gotten things like that in their pics. My friend who used to give (until Katrina) tours in New Orleans (haunted tours, voodoo tours, etc.) took a pic of a friend of hers in front of the Cornstalk B&B and there was something like that in front of the image.

People who've gotten these things in pics, and some who haven't (including us) have tried to re-create that mass of whatever... using smoke... and we haven't been able to get anything even remotely like that.

Oh, and the pics posted here are bad quality, too, because they're a photo of a photo (so I could get them online). Once I scan the original... you'll be able to see more clearly what it is, and I plan on uploading to my site the full size scan (wallpaper size) so people can get as close a look as possible to see that it's not anything man-made.

if they were all developed by the same person, he has bad lighting in that room
(or the machine that does it)
