Oh, and I almost forgot the most important part of this post: how'd they do that? Is it CSS, HTML, both, Flash??? Can someone break it down for me and tell me how I can make one like that?

I noticed the iframe (I think it's iframe) content scrolls over the background.... inside a table? Maybe it's flash....

I'm going to get a brain bleed guessing.. okay, techies, let's hear it... how'd they do that?

not a bad site, its just basic html. Some of the images r very glitchy like spawn said.

I think he did that on purpose... his myspace profile images do the exact same thing. Yikes, on purpose even! lol

But i don't understand how a portion of that one background pic is behind the iframe???

It would be two different images and one would be set as the background of the iframe.

You can do that? So the content pages with the stuff that loads into the frame has to have that background? I'm a tiny bit confused.... well, maybe a lot confused. lol

u can add a fixed background to a iframe, so that when u scroll down the image will not move. You can even have transparent iframes but about 1 year ago there was compatibility issues among browsers, but this could be fixed up by now but i would hold my breath lol

I know this particular site was done with inline frames but can the same effect be achieved with overflow attributes as far as the background versatility?
