hosting issue

Ok i dunno if its just me or if i am going crazy, but last night (8 hours ago for me) i check all my sites and found that every change i had made in the last 12-24 hours was gone. Now i have emailed my host and they reckon nothing has happened, but i know for a fact that i updated 4 templates at www.clanz.biz

Can anyone who has hosting with me let me know if they have lost any changes to there sites yesterday.

hostforweb, but that is going to change after this.

That is so unproffessional. I have been on Sean's case about changing hosts for ages now since we have had so much downtime with them recently. I say let me have a conversation with them about it - demand to speak to the manager or person above whom your dealing with atm and you might get a straight answer .... b*st*rds

I haven't made changes the last 24 hrs, so i wasn't bothered.

I had this issue aswell with the previous host, and they told me the exact same thing...

so i said... screw em

That sucks.. Im happy i didnt go with them, when i was looking for a host for my clan

-Check hostingplex.com they are rly good, i havent gotten any downtime, and nothing gets screwed up..

unless u count my freaken i.e. not working >.<

yep i am seriously looking at a new host over this.

Check out this email i got from one of there support staff:

We have not seen one other ticket about anything related to this. This points to human error on the client side if you want the truth.

Been a client with them since 2003 when they were really good, since then there support has become worse and very rude.

well most people would not notice it because they are not updating there forum they would see a post that someone made is missing an think that admid had deleted it . so your host has no clue what is going on.

Horse **** man. Try GoDaddy.com , RackSpace.com they are really good.
