Best way would be to use flash, but table can only be blocked. You could use layers where the top layer is a tilted transparant GIF

i mean with HTML tables because they need to be rectangular, it would be best just to add the text as transparant GIF into the cell floating on the background.

or leave it as one image, and use html coördinates to say where the clickable field it (to enter the site).

would be the easiest way, because griffin, transparent parts of the image are also clickable.
so you could just slice it rectangular aswell.
