| Re: Two abstract wallpapers Wallpaper 1: Not a bad effort for your first one dude, though the contrast of 2d and the slight depth of the grunge background really do not fix at all. The sharp edges of the render do not belnd in well with the background further making it contrast alot more with the background. The text isn't to bad but it could be better, there is too much focus on each of the words by themselves rather that one specific one and takes away focus from the render and the work you have done. Maybe just take away all the text besides "A Cyclone Creation" and IMO that would be alot better and cleaner. I'm not trying to attack you here, but merely trying to help so you can improve on your next pieces.
Wallpaper 2: Incredibly better than your first one, the flow and the color really do suit the render alot better, you have chosen them well. Reminds me of a space scene with like a nebula or something. Maybe try and organise those flares of light abit more so they all follow a direction and look like they are actual an element of the wallpaper. The text again, same problem as the first one. Probably not the best idea to copy and past the same text and put it on a new piece. Maybe make up a title for each of your wallpapers and relate them to what they may look like, then incorporate that into the style visual effects of the text.
Overall not bad for your first, multiple points of improvement but this will all solve itself as time passes and practice is put into place.
