Re: organic?

This made in C4D? Because If it was in 3D Studio Max I could show you how to get some kick-ass realistic lighting effects and make everything look that much realer.

Re: organic?

modo 201 my good man, i have to play with some lights, that is just a single directional light, but it worked well at the time, also the twig in the background is very irritating

Re: organic?

I've been fining c4d is a very very nice 3d program and allot of plugins support it. the only problem is I need a better computer because I'm getting into higher detail stuff and I hate waiting for rendering.

Re: organic?

i havn't had a message like that yet in modo, the bigger the scene and the more detail, like reflective stuff it just clocks up how long it will take to render. i've heard of renders taking up to 9 hours for a scene of a ancient city port with a basic clay texture with complex shadows and inderect illumination, and that was from a machine with 4 gig of ram and two 2.4 proccessors. i had more problems rotating the models around, my machines PF usage was up around 1.4 ghz when i had a whole scene active, but some changes in workflow and an extra 256mb ram (now 768 from 512) i get along very well.

i just started work on a dirtbike, its starting to take shape, but progress is slow because of the detail. based on a ktm but i'm gunna modify the life out of it and make it almost "bulletproof"

(dear god i need to change my sig)
