Not bad, but i would work on the text. The text is very pixelated.

Are you using photoshop? if so change the anti-aliasing method to smooth or crisp

Had it on the board before for a long time, but recently i dont install many vBulletin hacks to keep down on the querys. To many hacks and even 1 or 2 hacks can really slow down a board.
