Some of my banners

I just had the pic of the hand, then I made a new banner colored the background in the same color as background from the hand and I moved into the middle of the new banner but I know that it looks like I have cuted out something but it's only because of the light effect that I've putted in.
It also looked on my pc like the banner wasn't right but when I looked to an other pc (more clearly) then you could see that it was the light bulb that did it.
I might change it because it doesn't look so pro.

Because I'm just a beginner with photoshop and I'm still searching out some things about how to improve them.

Well my first attempt with photoshop was about a year ago but the things I made looked like **** (more like a child making his first drawing) so I stopped with it but with the new site I have from this year I wanted to have a cool one so the banners needed to be cool to and I think I have found out a bit more lately and things are coming real smooth, but I still need to have more tutorials and other stuff
and the best thing is I can't stop to draw with photoshop now
