they claim it is made out of this metal that is pretty sturdy.

I don't like it that much.

ok, so it fits in an enveloppe, but you have only 1 usb port. so you need to carry a hub along, external dvd drive, etc if you plan on doing anything on the road.....

Apples Mac Book Air is 0.76 inch thick at the beefiest portion.

Intels is only .7 inches thick. Apple only took what was already created and put there name on it.

Intel didnt actually make this, Apple has actually produced a laptop that is on the market.... so in reality it still is the thinnest, unless intel has their already built and on the market.
