vbulletin license costs $85us and alll modifications done to your phpBB will be changed to default when transferring to vBulletin.

There is alot of cons to vBulletin, like attachment mod, better security etc etc

Vbulletin is better than phpbb, because it is more secure, etc...
and the license to use Vbulletin costs you $85.

all the mods that you might have installed in phpbb will be erased whenyou transfer to Vbulletin.

nah dude that is the fee vBulletin charge for one year of there license lol

I only charge a fee for clients who want me to transfer there existing forum to vBulletin software.
