HEEEELLLP! lol FF refresh is driving me nuts!

Okay, seriously... I don't know WHY, but FF keeps refreshing the page every few seconds, and with pages with music on it---this drives me crazy!

How in the heck do I stop this?

Yeah, did that just the other day in fact. Not sure what the deal is, but I wonder if there also could be something on the page's code that would cause a refresh?

I have no idea what it is, but when I was on my forums (SomberRealm) it was showing 1 user and 2 guests. So I looked to see who was browsing in case it was my favorite ripper, and when I looked up that IP address... that's the info that came back. lol
