wallpaper gallery organization :: Need help

Okay, what I need in a nutshell is a way to organize the desktop wallpaper I make and offer for download. Creating thumbnails and pages, etc. is getting to be a real pain, and I'm lazy about that stuff these days.

I have Coppermine with my hosting, and although I use it I don't know all that it does or if it would be a good idea to put wallpapers there for download.

Best case scenario would be: The gallery or whatever would automatically create a thumbnail AND a zip file from the image for folks to download. Not sure if Coppermine or any other gallery program would do this or not?

Any suggestions besides a hearty "Suck it up, noob, and deal with it!"?

Also, I'm now making the wallpapers in different sizes, so I will need the capability of creating links for several downloads.

if it is a wallpaper dont bother with a zip file, best thing to do is let them right click then save it. As for the thumnail so i do one by one lol

i know griff is gonna call me a noob but....

frontpage has a auto thumbnail built right in, so idk if you have it or not but it works great

Nope Wasahobo i agree with you, best way to have wallpapers is to allow visitors to right click and save to your pc or to right click and 'set as background'

as for thumbnnails just use the same image but shrink it to 100pixels using the IMG SRC command

Griff and Hobo: Now I put these in a Coppermine Gallery where it generates the thumbnail for me (I like that hehe), a clickable preview, etc. So I guess I'm on the right track with that then, huh? I just wasn't sure how much space these will take up over the long haul.
