Ok I think I may have messed it all up lol. Can you take a look at the screenie and see if the layers and what not look as they should? Will I need to slice this or something? Whenever I save it its only as the whole PSD and not side1, top, etc..

Layers look fine.
Like i said in post '10' too slice the PSD u need to right click on the fluro layers.
Which are located in the 'size templates' folder at the bottom of your layers.

Yeah, i think im getting there lol. Whats the best way to make the header match peoples different resolutions. It's best viewed at 1280x1024 I believe, which probably isn't a good idea.

I see that it does the same for this site when darkness is selected. It adds the top left corner to the top right corner when the res is higher like 1600x1200 which is what I use at work or I would have never had noticed.

you could recode the header, and put the image currently on the right above the background...

and the background, just put the stars there

the style was designed for a maximum resolution of 1280. You could change the CSS in the MAIN CSS for vbulletin to have the background fixed. This way the header will not repeat, and just have the end of the top.jpg image blend into the black background color.
