Help Modifying Invitation

I installed an invite system on my forum (3.6.7)

and it works great except for one thing.
When the message is sent to a hushmail account, the message somehow gets
twisted around so that it looks like this:

Your registration link: http://gooberspatch.biz/forum/register.php?invite=17497717cdf8904cb302
We hope to see you soon!

so that the "We" is included in the clickable link.
Obviously, the link doesn't work (unless the user copies the top line only and pastes it in a browser.
I'm barely that familiar with HTML, let along CSS and modifying stylesheets; I attempted to find the phrase, but couldn't.
Any suggestion appreciated.

Maybe try editing the main template? i guessing there is not a space where one should be
