Confuzzled about template header

I'm new. I'm probably scared a little bit. Frightened would be the word to use. I downloaded Darkness v.4 for use with my guild's new forums in Age of Conan.

(I'd post the URL but I haven't made 15 posts yet)

I changed the header .psd that was supplied to something that would fit that game and now I am at a lost as to how to name, where to upload it, etc.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm quite literally lost in what to do with the next step.

Right Click the header image, then View... see where it is located on your site.

yoursite.com/forums/template/ you get my point.. then just rename it that, and upload to that directory...

sry that was not ment to confuse you... but thats how i figure where images go in themes..

The only clickable parts are spacer1 and side1, if I replace spacer1 it replaced the image but removes the forums and gives stretched pixels at the bottom. Replacing side1 does nothing.

it'd prob be named "banner" or "logo".

neither one of those are in the templates /misc folder where the images point to.

It's the same theme as these boards, with the same header only with tweaked images....a .psd was given to place the images in, thats where I get confused, what to name it and where to put it.
