Adding a Banner

Hey troops, yea yea I need ya's help again.Im part of another forums where us Bulldog owner and breeders chat.Ive been asked if I know how to add a banner to thier forums.If I get a hold of the Banner, can some one show me how to add it to there web site please?Im guessin theres some coding involved??She also wants to be able to change the colour of the fonts???

that banner she has is in the templates/Flblack3d/images folder she need to have a program that can veiw that picture, she needs to find "cellpic_bkg" to modify the picture keeping the same name, im not a coder but i have used that template before, that banner goes all the way across so making a banner is easy with the right tools. heres a picture of the banner, its just a plain jpg picture. so keep the same size modifi that picture to what ever you need it to look like and using an ftp program add it to www.theresite.com/template/FIBlack3D/images
there ia another that shows in the bottom right of the banner its a logo named "phpbb2_logo" you can possable stop it from working in the ACP controls of the forum

please note you have to have ftp access to the forum to do any of this if this is on a free site where they control everything you might have to send the modifyed picture to them to install. the reason i say this is i tryed to go here to see picture
