Question about Home page

First of all thnx for you're link on the groups. I got it all worked out now.

See this link? It's empty. Could you tell me (or provide a URL) were i'm able to access that so i put in messages there pls?

so you have your forum all set up but no place to post am i correct? you ill have to go into your admin section and create some topics for ppl to post under

if not then ill give it another try lol :P

Nope all forumes are setup. If you click our homepage link :

www.everquest.sk

You get to a page NOT the boards but at an entrance page. On this the admin can post events. As you can see atm it say's :

The topic or post you requested does not exist

What i wanne know as Admin. How can i post there. Like a welcome mesage etc..

Hope for tips...

Cant view something that does not exist dude the message that must of once been there has been deleted.

I understand that it's gone. But as a newcommer to adminboard i'm thinking it's some kind of entrance page within the boards layout?

I mean i know postings stood there like the forums. So i'm thinking an admin can make a post there?

Old admin made postings there so i think i can do it to. If so were can i get access to post there?

Yeah i know i sound like a noob. But i'm a noob who wanne make it look good and trying. Appriciate any help folks. ATM people are going to www.everquest.sk and seeing empty page on board forum. Really like to change that. Also seeing a button called "Home" with i like to rename in Forums. Any idea's on that to?

Hmm not sure what you mean. I'm logged in as admin. What do you mean "then hit again".

under 'management' make yourself admin
or
under 'permissions' change the forum permission for that thread.

Also checked. Full acces. It's good all these postings cause we getting there. i can feel it

So.. got all permissions on. Basicly what the root of the problem is:

What is the name of the forum that i need to have access to to post there? ) Cause i got all rights maxed but not seeing the name of the forum that i can use as the home page. That's really my problem. Perhaps i can 'assign' a new forum to that... but how?

Looks to me that forum is called "Information" But no suck forum to add rights to.


More help to me means more /huggs from me ...
