Security Code on clanz.biz account

I've got a clan member with experience with php to set up nuke for me at www.freedomarmy.clanz.biz. The only thing not working right is the security code needed to register and login. Take a look and let me know if you know how to fix this. Thanks

I registered without any problems and logged in.

To enable the security code, turn it on in options. Cant remember where abouts though

Yes, we turned it off so that we could register users and login. When it was on, the space where the security code was turned up as one of those "picture that failed to load red x things." And the link I got in my email didn't work. Something like http://yoursite.com/

--EDIT-- Ok, I fixed the registration address.
