Re: anyone here use Opera?

IE prevent u from viewing some neat tricks in code. I do not know why IE does not let u view such things but oh well I guess they have thier reasons for it.

Re: anyone here use Opera?

I think recently IE began blocking some code because it's nearly impossible to tell right off if it's malicious code, or safe. I believe it's a security issue.

Re: anyone here use Opera?

this is more of a service pack 2 security fix than IE.

I guess when it comes to Micro..um...soft (to put it nicely), it's nearly the same thing, right?

Re: anyone here use Opera?

service pack 2 is from microsoft...
(if i read ur post right, you are saying that service pack shouldn't come over to microsoft??)

---
a good way to fix all of your problems could be installing linux
ok, so it takes some time to boot up, but you don't have to shut down anymore. (or reboot)

That was my original point---Microsh*t, hence that's the problem. I've thought about Linux, but that's way over my head, I think.

em,... true, but you got "the gimp"

don't ask me how that works tho...
i've heard alot of great stuff 'bout that, and i've found out the basics of the program
(only 1 hour for me to figure them out)

but, if you pick the right linux, & install it NEXT to our windows,
you shouldn't have any problems at all.

and every program for linux = free, or has a free version of it -> yay!
