Its copied the Linux administration settings but -- vista prompts you when your installing software to have administration permissions. Good for security but..
love running DOS in administration mode, was the way i got mySQL server to install on my local server.
3D chess is pretty good hehe |

Rep Power: 10  | Re: Vista Launched Played Command & Conquer tiberian wars for about 2 hours today with no problem.
Vista does use abit more resources but, but nothing that i have seen to decrease performance. |

I'm using linux & had all the 'new' features Vista had for years... and mine are better.
Yes i've used vista premium 64bit,.. it lasted a week. |

Rep Power: 9  | Re: Vista Launched yeah,... but it doesn't support gaming because games are made for window only, if the source code is available, the game runs better in linux than it does in windows. (seriously.. i speak from experience  ) |

Ive played Quake3 or 4 i think.. on OSX, which is pretty much UNIX, and it did play very well. |
