Well my nephew gave me Vista Business and I put it in and most of my stuff didn't even work on it. Matter of fact my ISP didn't even work with Vista

I had to call them and it took a little bit to get that to work. Then I got my printer that wouldn't work and it took over a hour to go through my PC in order to get it to work. finally after all the BS of the pop up windows and crap on it I took it out and went back to Windows SP 2.

Of course I am not a computer techy here

so I will just stick to what I have as far as my PC. I would however like to learn more and 2 years ago I didn't even know how to turn on a computer let alone do anything else. Baby steps here

Did u search the internet for new drivers for your hardware?

Almost all software companys have updated their drivers to work with Vista.

Personally i have my laptop using Vista and my desktop using XP SP2 and i still prefer to use XP hehe

laptop runs Vista, Gentoo ; main box runs Gentoo, XP ; other laptop runs XP, Gentoo ; another laptop runs Vista, the other one XP, the other main box runs XP, XP and XP (lol, no kidding), and my precious runs QDOS, the lil' (huge) server runs Gentoo.

i think that just about sums it up

Actually it has a bootup startup which allows me to run XP and Vista and Windows 2000
