by the way i try to upload to my admin panel .

i cant see the description according to the instruction .

USFTECH style for vbulletin 3.5.4 -- Version 2.0

Installation instructions:

1: Upload images to "forums/images/USFTECH
2: goto Administration page / Styles & Templates / Import Style XML File / then upload the included XML file

Something like that would require and complete rework which i dont have the time for, but if u have Photoshop u could no doubt modify the images to your liking

There is currently a waiting list of 4 templates, after the 2 im close to finishing. Would be about 2 months at least until i can start anymore custom work.
