I too need help!

I use Bluepearl USFTECH template and posted in the Introduce Yourself section about my distorted forum.
When I go to the admin panel it says

"Out-of-Date Custom Templates Found!
There are currently 15 customized template(s) that need to be updated or reverted. Some sections of vBulletin may not function if you do not do this!
Click here to view these templates!"

My options are:

[Edit Template]
[View History]
[Revert]


I was wondering what I am supposed to do about it, can somebody explain it...also I am not to smart on this stuff so it would have to be explained in n00b.

EDIT: I installed X-Factor to see if it would be better and posted pics of X-Factor.....but I want to use USFTECH and it is even messed up on the sides. I admit I didn't install the forums and the guy that did has started college and is too busy to fix it. I don't understand all he did, but learning more daily. He may have reverted portions to correct a slight misalignment after the initial install.
He added this code so all the downloads pages would use the USFTECH template

Hey ACAMS, the problem your having with old templates is because the template is made for 3.6.7 and not yet updated for 3.6.8. All i need to do is revert some templates and re-add the custom code.

The template will still work and not effect your forum, but i will do an update asap.

I thought that is what it might be, infact I was kinda hoping that is what it was because I didn't know what to do.
