I like the AA layout but the index could use work on the title image

the NAVIGATION WELCOME etc.. stuff might use a touchup, cuz they aren't looking that great right now.. looks plain

for the nest, it's got some nice concepts, keep working on it

starting to loog pretty good man. Text could use a little work, maybe center the template and add a little more to make it not seem so open.

The gradient makes it look wierd. Maybe make the gradient look not soooo... bubbly?

My favourite site is this one Your title here but like mentioned above the navigation links could use some work. Maybe instead of having the navigation buttons cut u could create a tranparent rectangular box which stretches the width of the header.

This site is also coming along nicely index but i would work on the left navigation also. I dont like the bubble effect.

bubbly, i think he means beveled.

you might want to consider having a gradient with colors that aren't that far from eachother, like you have dark-grey -> light grey.. try using dark-grey -> grey

or whatever grey is written like
