i would also use a light gradient instead of the solid blue in the title bars.

Their solid because they arent graphics, they are just tables with a certain background

and i was thinking of changing the border, but dont kno what color (and the bottom box was going to be removed, so the border just stopped at the top.

I would switch to a white background instyeda of black. Then I would rename the site to ICY
